“You’re no different” — Canelo and Crawford exchange words

Undisputed Super Middleweight Champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez (63-2-2, 39 KOs) and WBA Super Welterweight Champion Terence Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) traded heated words during their press conference ahead of their highly anticipated bout.

Canelo: “He’s not going to beat me. Don’t worry about that. I’m confident this fight will go down in boxing history — without a doubt.”

Crawford: “Those belts are coming with me. They’re going home with me.”

Canelo: “You can picture it all you want — taking them home will be very difficult.”

Crawford: “I will take them. And on fight night, there won’t be a damn thing you can do about it. I promise you.”

Canelo: “I know Turki’s in your corner… But it’s still going to be a very hard night. He’ll be very upset that day.”

Crawford: “I see you. And you can see — I’m not like the rest.”

Canelo: “I see you too. And you’re no different. Absolutely no different.”

Earlier, Turki Alalshikh announced new features related to the fight.

The undisputed title bout between Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and Terence “Bud” Crawford will take place on September 13 in Las Vegas, USA. The event will be streamed live on Netflix.
