Loma, Shakur, and Gervonta Ready for Joint Fights

The founder and head of the promotional company Top Rank, Bob Arum, shared his expectations for the WBC lightweight (up to 61.2 kg) champion Shakur Stevenson (21-0, 10 KOs) in his fight against Artem Harutyunyan (12-1, 7 KOs).

"I want to see the best performance from Shakur. It will be an exciting fight. I know that if he goes out and pecks at his opponent, he can beat anyone, but that won't entertain people, and professional boxing is partly about entertainment, so I want him to be involved in interesting fights. Right now, Lomachenko holds one of the lightweight titles. He and Tank Davis would be major fights for Shakur. These fighters seem ready and willing to fight each other," Arum said in an interview with Sky Sports.

It's worth noting that, according to Arum, negotiations for a fight between IBF champion Vasyl Lomachenko (18-3, 12 KOs) and WBA titleholder Gervonta Davis (30-0, 28 KOs) have been ongoing for several weeks. The fight could take place in November-December this year.

Shakur Stevenson's fight against Artem Harutyunyan will take place on July 6 in Newark, USA.
