During The Jonathan Ross Show, British former heavyweight (over 90,7 kg) champion Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs) responded to a question about when he plans to end his professional career.
"I've always said 35 - I'll be 35 in October. I think maybe two more years or so, as long as my body holds up," said Joshua.
The day before, Eddie Hearn, head of Matchroom Boxing, reported that Anthony's next fight could be for a title.
On March 8th in Saudi Arabia, a fight took place between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou (0-2). In the first round, Joshua sent his opponent to the canvas with a knockdown. In the second, the Briton ended the confrontation – sending his opponent to a second knockdown, then finished him off with a single punch.
