"I'll Eat Your Spleen": Ryan Threatens Conor Benn

British welterweight (up to 66,68 kg) boxer Conor Benn (23-0, 16 KOs) discussed a potential match with Ryan Garcia (25-1, 20 KOs), who recently won by unanimous decision against Devin Haney, sending him to the canvas three times. It all started when Benn stated he was ready to fight both Garcia and Haney.

"Great performance by Garcia. Respect to Devin Haney, who got up three times. I'll fight either of these guys," wrote Benn.

Ryan responded with a threat.

"Let's do it in London at the O2 Arena. I'll smash your spleen, then eat it. Respect, London," Garcia replied.

"Don't be another loudmouth, like an Oompa Loompa. If you're serious about this, let’s make it happen. And I'll knock your teeth out. You, w###er," the Brit replied.

Garcia recalled that Conor cannot fight in the UK.

"You know I'm all about business, and you can't even fight in your own country. What's up with that?" wrote Ryan.

On the night of April 21, Garcia defeated Devin Haney by unanimous decision, knocking him down three times, and then announced he would move up to welterweight as he physically cannot make the super lightweight limit anymore.

Benn is currently banned from boxing in the UK due to a doping scandal. His last two fights were held in the USA.
