American boxer Ryan Garcia (25-1, 20 KOs) is ready to face former welterweight (up to 66,7 kg) world champion Errol Spence Jr. (28-1, 22 KOs). This challenge by Ryan comes in response to the ongoing lawsuit between Errol and his former mentor, who is now Garcia's coach, Derrick James.
"You want to sue him? Then I want to beat you. Facts, bro," Garcia declared during a live broadcast.
It's important to note that it was coach Derrick James who filed the lawsuit. According to the coach, Spence still owes him $5 million for preparing for the fight against Terence Crawford, which took place in the summer of 2023.
Previously, Ryan had listed three desired opponents, among whom Spence was not included.
