British boxer Derek Chisora shared his expectations for the upcoming duel between influencer and boxer Jake Paul and former Heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua.
– Joshua vs. Jake Paul. What about the risk for Paul? People aren't talking about what he is getting into, and who he might be when he leaves the ring, considering the danger Anthony Joshua presents as a Heavyweight with a powerful punch.
– At least he will be able to park his damn Bugatti in disabled spots when he gets injured. Jake Paul will be fine. AJ will knock him out. He has enough money to ride around in a damn wheelchair for the rest of his life — so it’s fine.
– Will you be disappointed if the fight goes the distance, considering AJ’s credentials?
– If Anthony Joshua goes eight rounds with this guy — I will be angry. You understand? AJ shouldn't go eight rounds with him. He needs to go in there and just knock him out. If AJ starts dragging it out — we have a problem in boxing. We don't want him to go in there and mess around. We want him to go in there and lay him out. But, knowing AJ — he will knock him out. If the fight goes past three or four rounds — we are turning off Netflix,” said Chisora.
The 8-round Heavyweight bout between Jake Paul (12-1, 7 KOs) and Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) will take place on December 19 in Miami, USA. The show will be broadcast by the streaming service Netflix.
