Chisora on a Possible Joshua–Fury Fight: “Turki is serious”

British heavyweight Dereck Chisora shared his thoughts on the future of former world champion Anthony Joshua.

– Turki said that Anthony Joshua will return in February next year. Does that mean the fight with Jake Paul won’t happen?

– All I know is — we’re heading to Miami (where Jake Paul’s next fight is supposed to take place).

– He also hinted that in September we may finally see Tyson Fury against Anthony Joshua.

– Yes. Yes. He’s not hinting — he’s serious. Listen, if Turki Alalsheikh makes the AJ–Tyson fight possible, then all that’s left for us is just to watch. What more could we want?

– Will you also be on that card?

– Why? I’ll be watching that fight, but I won’t be fighting. I’ll just watch.
