"I Can Take on Both": Zhilei on Usyk and Fury

Chinese boxer Zhang Zhilei (26-1-1, 21 KOs), the interim WBO heavyweight champion, has declared his readiness to fight Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) and Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs).

"I can't predict what will happen with Tyson Fury because he's very unpredictable. Unfortunately, he suffered a cut, and the fight has been postponed for another three months. Honestly, I can't forecast what Tyson Fury will bring to the table at that time. With my skills, I can take on both. But will they take on me? That's the problem. I think they will approach me with caution because I represent a significant risk," said Zhang.

The Usyk-Fury fight has been rescheduled to May 18th. The bout was initially set for February 17th, but Fury sustained a cut during sparring. Zhilei is not the first in line for the championship showdown. Oleksandr Usyk's primary challenger, according to the IBF line, is Filip Hrgovic. There is currently no mandatory challenger for the WBC belt.
