Welterweight champion of WBC, WBA, and IBF, Errol Spence has shared his thoughts on the impending bout with WBO title holder Terence Crawford. He is confident that his boxing prowess will guide him to a win.
"With me and my style, nothing gets to me. I feel like with my skill set my ability, and I just keep coming. Not only just coming, but I’m a guy that can change it up. I’m a guy that can do different things," Spence was quoted by Boxing News 24.
Spence views himself as a versatile fighter who can seamlessly transition from defense to offense mid-battle. He is confident in his ability to "break" his adversary and showcase superior boxing techniques.
"I don’t feel like it is necessary that I got to move and do all the different things that they do. I feel like that wastes more energy. I ain’t got time for all that," he further commented.
The title match for the undisputed welterweight champion is scheduled for July 29 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
