Anthony Joshua's summer return ruled out!

It appears that the plans of British former heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs) to partake in three bouts this year have been thwarted for unspecified reasons.

Recall that on April 1st, AJ made a victorious comeback against Jermaine Franklin, putting an end to his back-to-back losses against Oleksandr Usyk.

Anthony's next match was anticipated to be in July, facing fellow Brit Dillian Whyte (29-3, 19 KOs). However, Joshua revealed in his Instagram stories that he won't be returning to the ring until December at the earliest.

"My next fight is scheduled for December. It's not perfect, but it's part of the big picture," the British boxer wrote.
