Shakur's 2024 Move: Staying with Top Rank or Going Solo?



WBC lightweight champ Shakur Stevenson teases a potential free agency move in 2024:

"Free agent season is this year," he tweets with a hint. Since 2016, Shakur has been in the Top Rank ring. Now, the 26-year-old slugger has thrown a curveball to the promoters, declining an auto-renewal of his contract.

Shakur's last showdown in the ring was in November, where he outclassed Edwin De Los Santos by a judges' decision. It was this triumph that crowned him the WBC lightweight king.
