Malik Scott, the trainer of former WBC world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs), has named two potential opponents for his fighter:
He said: "(Andy) Ruiz is a top heavyweight. Anyone at this level, including Andy, could be our opponent.
I wouldn't mind seeing Deontay knock out (Derek) Chisora. I'd even like to see that fight take place in his home country.
Who else is left? Everyone else seems to have their plans already. There are talks that Joshua might fight Hrgovic," Scott said in an interview with Daily Mail Sport Boxing.
Not long ago, Ruiz mentioned that he's ready to face Wilder in their next bout and provided potential scenarios for them to come to an agreement.
