Former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs) in a comment for IFL TV shared that he wants his next fight to take place in the summer of 2024. He also revealed who's on the list of potential opponents.
– We assume you're not planning to wait for the two possible Fury vs. Usyk fights. You want to fight this summer?
– Yes. It's still unknown whether it will be in the UK. But maybe in June. June-July.
– Hrgovic as an option?
– Let's go!
– Could there be an option with Wilder again?
– Yes, Wilder, Zhang, Parker. All of them, Joshua said.
Anthony Joshua stated at the beginning of 2023 that he wanted to be more active. Since then, he has fought four times – three in 2023 and one in 2024. He won three of these by stoppage – against Robert Helenius, Otto Wallin, and Francis Ngannou.
