American heavyweight (over 90,7 кг) Deontay Wilder (43-3-1, 42 KOs) has faced British WBC champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) three times, resulting in a draw and two losses.
The 38-year-old "Bronze Bomber" recently expressed his hope for a fourth bout against Tyson.
"I want to make Tyson Fury pay a steep price. I don’t think this chapter is closed. I see a fourth fight. I see it being organized. Saudi Arabia has the resources and power to make it happen," Wilder stated.
On May 18th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Tyson Fury will face WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO titleholder Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) for the first undisputed heavyweight world championship title since 1999. The contract includes a clause for a rematch.
Deontay Wilder's next fight will be on June 1st in Riyadh against Chinese boxer Zhang Zhilei (26-2-1, 21 KOs) as part of a 5 vs 5 tournament between Matchroom Boxing and Queensberry Promotions.
