Wilder Challenges Usyk with a Callout

Former world champion Deontay Wilder has issued a challenge to Ukrainian heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk, asserting that Usyk is shying away from a face-off with him. Wilder is confident that a match between them will take place, regardless of any obstacles.

During an interview with the YouTube channel ESNEWS, Wilder declared, "No, you're scared, bro. Let's just be real. We're in boxing, and we need to be true to ourselves. I've always been authentic since I entered this business. And I'll continue being myself till the day I die."

Usyk, for his part, has consistently reaffirmed his willingness to take on any opponent. However, he previously hinted that Wilder could present one of the most formidable challenges of his professional career.

As of now, no official agreement for a showdown between the two fighters has been announced. Yet, Wilder's deliberate statements, coupled with Usyk's apparent readiness for new battles, set the stage for a potential thrilling face-off in the future.

Only time will determine if both boxers will get the opportunity to clash in the ring and find out who is the stronger contender, deserving of the heavyweight division's top title.
