Heavyweight (over 90,7 kg) boxers Dillian Whyte (29-3, 19 KOs) and Christian Hammer (27-10, 17 KOs) completed the official weigh-in ceremony ahead of their fight.
Dillian Whyte weighed in at 116.5 kg, while Christian Hammer came in at 124.5 kg
This marks Whyte's heaviest weight in his last five fights. He was closest to this figure in his bout against Tyson Fury, where he suffered a knockout loss in the 6th round, weighing in at 114.7 kg.
For Whyte, this fight is his first since 2022. That year, he defeated Jermaine Franklin and then tested positive for banned substances. Whyte's team spent the intervening time in litigation, successfully arguing that the substances were ingested accidentally. Consequently, Whyte was allowed to return to competition.
Hammer has also been out of the ring since 2022, following a 4th-round TKO loss to Joe Joyce.
