Whyte: "A World Title Would Be the Icing on the Cake"

In an interview with Boxing Social, British heavyweight (over 90,7 kg) contender Dillian Whyte (30-3, 20 KOs) shared his future plans.

"I would like to try again for a world title belt. That's the goal.

I've done everything I could in boxing. I've had ups and downs. I just need to win a world title, and then that would be the icing on the cake," said Whyte.

On March 18, the 35-year-old Whyte scored a technical win over Christian Hammer (27-11, 17 KOs) after three rounds when his opponent declined to continue the fight. RTD 3.

This fight was Whyte's first since 2022, when he won by decision against Jermaine Franklin. Since then, Dillian had not fought due to a suspension over positive tests for banned substances. However, through legal proceedings, the Brit proved his innocence.
