"We're working hard, we'll be ready": Berinchyk Expresses Enthusiasm for Upcoming Fight

Ukrainian boxing fans are in for a treat: WBO International Lightweight Champion, Denys Berinchyk, has officially announced his forthcoming bout. He's set to square off against Swedish boxer Anthony Yigit in his next ring encounter.

This anticipated clash will unfold on the undercard of the high-profile match between the holder of the WBA, WBO, and IBF super heavyweight titles, Oleksandr Usyk of Ukraine, and Daniel Dubois. The event is slated for August 26, with the Tarczyński Arena in Wroclaw, Poland, serving as the venue.

Denys Berinchyk, a star of Ukrainian boxing, took to social media to share his eagerness for the upcoming fight. He affirmed that their training is intense and they will be fully prepared for this significant showdown.

"Now it's official: on August 26, I will box in the undercard of Usyk - Dubois against Anthony Yigit. We are working hard, we will be ready," Berinchyk stated on Instagram.

Notably, this is not the first time Berinchyk and Yigit will face each other in the ring. The two boxers have history going back to the 2012 London Olympic Games, where they battled in the round of 16, and the Ukrainian emerged victorious.

Berinchyk's last successful bout happened in December 2022, when he outclassed Frenchman Ivan Mendy by a unanimous decision from the judges, winning the EBU title. Following this, his belt remained vacant. Now, Berinchyk is ready to step back into the ring to demonstrate his prowess against Anthony Yigit.

This match is shaping up to be a thrilling and intense spectacle. Boxing enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the showdown, ready to see how the fighters will be at their best, deciding who holds the upper hand in the ring.
