Walter Fury Tastes First Pro Loss

British middleweight Walter Fury (3-1, 0 KOs)—cousin of heavyweight king Tyson Fury—has suffered the first setback of his career.

On 11 July Fury was outpointed by Latvia’s Kristaps Zulģis (10-59-3, 5 KOs), hitting the canvas in round one before dropping the decision.

Back in February, Walter edged Joe Hardy on the cards, while Zulģis stopped Jack Oliphant via first-round TKO this past June.
