On February 25th in Wiesbaden, Germany, Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Viktor Vykhryst (12-1, 8 KOs) secured a victory by stoppage against Marcos Antonio Aumada (25-13, 20 KOs). Marcos Antonio was knocked down twice in the second round, and after a knockdown in the fourth, he was pulled from the match.
This fight marked Vykhryst's comeback after a defeat that occurred in February 2023, when he lost to Cuban Lenier Pero due to a rib injury.
Additionally, in the undercard, another Ukrainian heavyweight boxer, Igor Shevadzutsky (11-1, 9 KOs), achieved an early victory over German Edonis Berisha (7-1, 6 KOs). Edonis's corner refused to let him out for the 4th round, marking the German's first career loss.
Shevadzutsky thus made a comeback after an early defeat to Martin Bakole.
