Vykhryst Knocks Out Lovejoy in 28 Seconds

A Heavyweight bout (over 90.7 kg) took place in Kiel, Germany, where Viktor Vykhryst (15-1, 9 KOs) of Ukraine faced 41-year-old American Christopher Lovejoy (20-2-1, 20 KOs).

Just 28 seconds into the opening round, Vykhryst scored a knockout victory.

This marks the fourth straight win for the 33-year-old Ukrainian. In April, Vykhryst defeated Rydell Booker by unanimous decision.

For Lovejoy, it was his first fight since March 2023, when he drew against Ayman Farouk Abbas. The American now has just one win in his last four outings.
