But it seems that Oleksandr Usyk's team really employs whizzes and skilled specialists.

Why? The answer is simple. Gathering such cool sparring partners is very difficult and it's not even about the financial side of the issue. Finding boxers who are similar in size, style and punching power to Anthony Joshua is not an easy task.
