Oleksandr Usyk: "I Want to Fight Dubois"

Unified WBA, WBC, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs) has shared his reaction to the cancellation of the scheduled clash between IBF titleholder Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) and WBO interim champion Joseph Parker (35-3, 23 KOs).

When asked about the sudden change in fight plans and the new Parker vs. Bakole bout, Usyk kept his answer brief:

"I don’t know, we’ll see. But I want to fight Dubois next. Yes. Why not?"

Earlier, it was confirmed that Daniel Dubois had withdrawn from the Parker fight due to illness, and he will be replaced by Martin Bakole. The fight will take place on February 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
