The WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk decided to challenge the British Tyson Fury, who owns the WBC belt.
So, the 35-year-old Ukrainian humorously urged Fury to give up his belt and retire. Usyk said that he should give Tyson the title and rest in retirement.
"Let the belt give and rest", - Usyk said.
It is interesting that Usyk's promoter Oleksandr Usyk also turned to the Briton.
"Gypsy King (Fury's nickname). If you're a king, you have to prove that you're a king, because another king is going to topple you. Brother, train hard or retire now," Krasiuk said.
In the rematch, which took place in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Usyk defeated Joshua by split decision: 113-115, 115-113, 116-112.
