How Often Does Usyk Train Daily Before the Fury Fight?

Alexander Krassyuk, head of the promotional company K2 Promotions and CBDO of Ready To Fight, detailed the training camp of his athlete, WBO, WBA, IBF, and IBO champion Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs), who is preparing for the fight against WBC champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs).

"Training is divided into sections. There's general physical preparation, specialized physical preparation, boxing school (what we call technical preparation), special technical preparation, moral-psychological preparation, and finally—sparring to refine the skills acquired.

By the way, two training sessions a day mark the final part of the camp. Initially, it's three," Krassyuk said.

Usyk and Fury will compete for the title of undisputed world heavyweight champion in less than a month—on May 18th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
