Usyk talked about his future after the end of his boxing career

WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight title holder Oleksandr Usyk said that he is thinking about his future after the end of his boxing career.

"I think about the fact that I want to give my time to raise my children: take the boys to training, be with them, pick them up [from training], talk to them, take them to school, help them grow. They are just starting their journey. I behave differently with my daughter."

"I don't want to go there and spend six months somewhere far away. When the last camp was so long, I already thought that the boys were growing up, and I was not. You can't give what you have to give over the phone or video call."

"Of course, everything has an end point, and there is one in the career of an athlete as well. I'll think about it. I want to live after this, and not walk, trembling. Is there somewhere to write down what I have there tomorrow."

"You have to look at everything realistic

lly. I'm not that old, I'm 35 years old, but I see that there is a resource that ends and you just don't want to be mutuzed later. You cannot engage in self-deception. If you understand that young guys are already fit and they have better speed, they are more durable, then you just have to say to yourself, friends, choose another type of activity and work."
