Usyk Overtakes Lewis in the Ranking of Boxing’s Oldest Heavyweight World Champions

Unified WBA, WBC, WBO & IBO Heavyweight title-holder Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KO) has edged past former champion Lennox Lewis on the all-time list of the division’s oldest world rulers.

Usyk now holds 6th place at 38 years 158 days. The table is still topped by George Foreman, who kept the IBF belt until 46 years 170 days.

Two more Ukrainians occupy the podium spots: Vitali Klitschko sits second, having retired as WBC champion at 42 years 150 days, while Wladimir Klitschko is third, reigning with the WBA, WBO & IBF titles until 39 years 248 days.
