Two-time undisputed world champion Oleksandr Usyk has shared which of his two fights against Tyson Fury was more difficult for him. The two heavyweights squared off twice, with the Ukrainian emerging victorious on both occasions.
“I feel much better after the second fight. The first battle was tougher because we had to prepare for it twice.
Three months of training, a week of rest, then another three months. This time, it was just four months straight into the fight,” Usyk stated.
Following these two encounters, Fury announced his retirement from boxing. Meanwhile, Usyk is preparing to face the winner of the Dubois vs. Parker showdown for the undisputed heavyweight championship.
