Ukrainian three-time undisputed world champion Oleksandr Usyk, in a comment for The Ring Magazine, shared how many more bouts he intends to have before entering sports retirement.
According to Usyk, his plans include a maximum of 2-3 more confrontations. This includes a matchup against Deontay Wilder, a desire he also confirmed.
It is expected that the meeting between Usyk and Wilder will take place in 2026—tentatively in the spring. Currently, no preliminary or confirmed dates have been reported.
