WBA, WBO, IBO, and IBF World Heavyweight Champion, Oleksandr Usyk, never fails to infuse his messages with humor when addressing WBC World Champion, Tyson Fury.
In his latest tweet, Usyk shared a collage featuring himself, Fury, Deontay Wilder, and Anthony Joshua, adding the comment: "Greedy Puzo, we'll meet again soon!"
This playful jab further heightens the excitement and anticipation for their future match-up.
However, the unification bout between Usyk and Fury, initially set for April 29, was postponed due to disagreements between the teams. Manager Egis Klimas stated that Fury's camp was asking too much, regardless of the concessions Usyk was willing to make.
As per the regulations of the World Boxing Association, Usyk must next defend his title against Daniel Dubois. Usyk is planning this fight for the end of the summer, with discussions still in progress regarding possible venues. The primary option is Great Britain, though Poland and the Middle East are also being considered.
