Usyk vs Fury 2 Promo Wins Sports Emmy

The promotional video for the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury has been awarded a Sports Emmy in the category of Outstanding Promotional Announcement.

The news was shared by Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

“Riyadh Season has officially received a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Promo — a historic achievement for Saudi creativity on the global stage.

Together with our creative partner BigTime Creative Shop, this marks the first-ever win for the Middle East, Asia, and Africa,” wrote Turki.

The rematch between Usyk and Fury took place in December 2024 and ended with a unanimous decision victory for Oleksandr Usyk.
