The WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk has announced his readiness to hold a third fight with British boxer Anthony Joshua.
“If Fury doesn't agree, I think we could try to do another fight [with Joshua]. We already had a match in London, as well as in Saudi Arabia, so the next one can be at NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kyiv," the Ukrainian stressed.
Earlier, Usyk said that he can have three more big fights in his career. According to Oleksandr, these could be fights with Tyson Fury, Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, and the final fight in Kyiv - at NSC Olimpiyskiy.
We will remind you that in September of last year, the Ukrainian defeated Anthony by points and took away from him the heavyweight belts according to the WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO versions.
In his last fight, Oleksandr Usyk again defeated Anthony Joshua. According to the results of all twelve rounds, Alexander defeated Joshua by a separate decision of the judges: 115-113, 116-112 and 113-115.
The Brit was considering a fight against WBC champion Tyson Fury. However, Anthony never signed the contract for the fight, which is why Fury refused to fight Joshua.
