UFC Champion Alex Pereira Would Like to Face Oleksandr Usyk

UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Alex Pereira from Brazil says he would like to meet with two-time undisputed boxing world champion Oleksandr Usyk in a boxing match.

"I’m a champion, so I want to fight with a champion – with Usyk. I feel like I could really handle it well.

People talk about boxing. Boxing is one of my strongest skills," said Pereira.

In 2024, Usyk became the first undisputed heavyweight champion in the four-title era, having defeated Tyson Fury twice. Pereira’s next fight is scheduled for March 8 at UFC 313.
