Tyson "Greedy Belly" Fury backs out of Usyk Fight!

WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has pulled out of the biggest fight of his career – the first undisputed championship since 1999 against Oleksandr Usyk. This was officially confirmed by Queensberry Promotions.

According to Fury's co-promoters, Tyson had to get stitches on his eyebrow due to an injury sustained in sparring. However, the details about the sparring session, including when it actually took place, are unknown.

Nonetheless, the 'Gypsy Queen' Fury would not be himself if he didn't come up with an explanation that surely won't satisfy any boxing fan:

'There's no way, i got injured during sparring. But I can say that Usyk had problems, while I am in fantastic shape,' said Fury.

Apparently, 'fantastic shape' in Fury's opinion involves a cut eyebrow, which led to the cancellation of the most significant heavyweight fight in the last 25 years. Maybe the Brit's team needs to buy a fully enclosed helmet for sparring sessions? Or he should wear it in the fight against the Ukrainian champion? It's time to stop postponing the fight!

Tyson, if you don't want to box, then just vacate the WBC belt and that's it, no problems!

By the way, this is the second time the matchup has been postponed because of Fury. The boxers were supposed to meet in April 2023, but the fight was postponed due to an alleged injury to Tyson. And now, it's happened again.

A new date for the fight is still unknown. Especially since one can never be too sure about anything with the Brit...
