Fury Urges Not to Underestimate Knyba in Fight Against Kabayel

Former unified heavyweight champion Tyson Fury believes that Polish contender Damian Knyba should not be underestimated in his upcoming bout against Agit Kabayel.

“Every fight in the heavyweight division is dangerous, especially with a big athlete like Knyba. He’s a large, undefeated Pole; he could be the next strong fighter after Mariusz Wach.

A big, strong, durable man. I don’t know how good Damian is, but he could become another powerful player. This is a tough fight for Agit,” Fury said.

Kabayel (26-0, 18 KOs) will face Knyba (17-0, 11 KOs) on January 10, 2026, in Oberhausen, Germany. Agit currently holds the WBC interim title.
