Tyson Fury Names the Best Opponent of His Career

Former world champion Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs) has revealed who he believes is the best opponent of his career.

According to the British boxer, it is WBA, WBC, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) from Ukraine.

"I believe Usyk is the best opponent I’ve ever faced. I’ve fought world champions, I’ve fought Olympic champions. But I’ve never faced a two-division world champion. That puts him at the top," Fury stated.

To recap, in May, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Tyson Fury via split decision, becoming the first undisputed heavyweight champion (over 90.7 kg) since 1999. The rematch is scheduled for December 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
