Tszyu Calls Out Crawford Following Defeat to Fundora

In the early hours of March 31, Sebastian Fundora (21-1-1, 13 KOs) claimed a split decision victory over Tim Tszyu (24-1, 17 KOs), capturing the WBC and WBO titles in the light middleweight division (up to 69.9 kg). After the bout, Tszyu turned his attention to Terence Crawford (40-0, 31 KOs), the reigning WBA, WBC, and WBO champion in the welterweight division (up to 66.7 kg).

"The first two rounds were smooth sailing, then boom… That's boxing. These things happen. Congratulations to Fundora. We'll be back. I'm ready to fight anyone, anytime. Terence Crawford, if you want a good fight, you know who to call," Tszyu stated.

However, Crawford believes Tszyu should now focus on bouncing back from his defeat: "You lost, sir. Now you need to work on your comeback," Terence posted on Twitter.

Terence Crawford is angling for a match with Sebastian Fundora, as the WBO has mandated the winner of the Tszyu-Fundora fight to enter negotiations for an upcoming bout with Crawford.
