British boxer Jack Catterall's (27-1, 13 KOs) trainer, Jamie Moore, believes that his fighter will manage his emotions well in the upcoming bout against former undisputed champion Josh Taylor (19-1, 13 KOs), scheduled for May 25 in Leeds, UK.
«I think he will handle his emotions. Jack is one of those fighters who dream of training, and the point is how much he controls what he does – things like his emotional state, how meticulous he is in everything he does in terms of planning his training, his diet, his strength, and conditioning.
In terms of temperament, you probably couldn't find anyone calmer. He’s the ideal type of person you’d want to take into such a fight. I’ve seen him in very tough situations, but he’s never lost his head,» said Moore.
This will be the second fight between Catterall and Taylor. In their first encounter, Josh won by decision.
