Tony Ferguson to Make Boxing Debut

Former interim UFC lightweight champion Tony Ferguson will make his first appearance in professional boxing.

His opponent will be social-media personality Salt Papi. The bout is scheduled for 30 August in Manchester, United Kingdom, on the Misfits Boxing 22 card, whose main event pits ex-UFC fighters Darren Till against Luke Rockhold.

Salt Papi has fought only in exhibition bouts to date and carries a record of 6-3.
