On October 14th and the UK's Manchester Arena will play host to an incredible evening of boxing. Tonight's fight night – organised by Misfits Boxing – will feature some of the world's most renowned blogger-boxers squaring off against skilled fighters.
Dillon Dennis, a 30-year-old MMA fighter, is better known for his association with Conor McGregor than for his own fighting achievements. His MMA record stands at 2-0, with both victories secured through submissions. Since 2019, he has not set foot inside the ring or cage.
Logan Paul's boxing journey is more diverse. He engaged in two memorable bouts against KSI and faced Floyd Mayweather, with both fights falling under the category of exhibition boxing matches. The upcoming fight against Dillon marks Paul's second official boxing match, the first being a decision loss to KSI. Lately, Logan has become a regular participant in wrestling tournaments for the WWE.
KSI made his foray into boxing alongside Logan Paul. Their fights marked were pioneering clashes of prominent bloggers, drawing massive audiences. While KSI has a few exhibition fights to his name, this upcoming match against an experienced boxer is a first for him.
Tommy Fury, the half-brother of Tyson Fury, has some notable experience in these kinds of fights. Earlier this year, Fury won a significant victory by defeating famous blogger-boxer, Jake Paul. Although he endured a knockdown in the eighth round, Fury ultimately won the bout through a judges decision.
In the build up to the fight, Ryan Garcia extended his best wishes to KSI and didn't rule out the possibility of a future showdown, saying: "I hope you win. If you genuinely aspire to face me and dedicate your entire life to boxing, you might just earn the opportunity to step into the ring with me."
Both main events of the show will go for six rounds. The official broadcaster of the event is DAZN. The live broadcast is scheduled to commence on October 14 at 21:00 Kyiv time.
