Tommy Fury Reacts to Joshua vs. Jake Paul: "It’s Like Me Fighting Usyk"

British cruiserweight Tommy Fury has shared his thoughts on the clash between his former opponent Jake Paul and former unified world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.

“It’s all about the money, isn’t it? Money and [expletive] and all that. It’s like me fighting Usyk or something. Just bollocks, isn’t it? Just grabbing attention. It sells, and that’s it.

From a boxing standpoint, you can’t take it seriously because one man literally looked like he was on an athletics track, running round and round. And AJ didn’t even break a sweat, did he?

So, to be honest, it’s just a load of [expletive]. But as a boxing match, as a business event—it’s fantastic,” Fury said.

Jake Paul (12-2, 7 KOs) was knocked out by a right hand from Anthony Joshua (29-4, 26 KOs) in the 6th round. It was later revealed that the American suffered a jaw fracture in two places. Tommy Fury was the first person to defeat Jake Paul in a professional ring.
