Timothy Bradley Assesses Crawford’s Chances Against Canelo

Former two-division world champion and current ESPN boxing analyst Timothy Bradley has shared his take on Terence Crawford’s (41-0, 31 KOs) chances in a potential mega-fight against Saul “Canelo” Álvarez (62-2-2, 39 KOs).

I give him huge chances. Terence is the best fighter in the world. He’s the best pound-for-pound fighter.

I know Usyk is ranked No. 1 on the pound-for-pound list. Everyone puts Usyk there because of what he’s achieved at heavyweight. But Crawford is the most technically sound boxer in the world. I’ll say it clearly — he’s got a chance. He can outbox Canelo. Canelo is very predictable. He’s very powerful, but predictable, and I believe Crawford will expose that,” Bradley said in an interview with Boxing Social.

Canelo Álvarez is scheduled to fight William Scull on May 3 for the undisputed super middleweight title. If both Álvarez and Crawford win their upcoming bouts, their superfight is expected to take place in September.
