"Thanks to the Fake Fans": Shakur Stevenson Grateful for the Hate

WBC lightweight champion (up to 135 lbs) American Shakur Stevenson (21-0, 10 KOs) responded to all the haters who criticized him following his last victory. It seems he hinted that the date of his next fight has changed.

"Thanks to the trolls, thanks to the fake fans, thanks to everyone who said I wasn't real, thank you. July 6th is canceled, keep me hungry," Shakur posted on Twitter. Stevenson last boxed on October 16, 2023, against Edwin De Los Santos. That fight set a 2023 record for the fewest punches thrown. July 6th was mentioned as one of the dates for Shakur's next fight.
