Stevenson Names Return Date

On his Instagram page, WBC lightweight champion (up to 61,2 kg) Shakur Stevenson (21-0, 10 KOs) announced his return to the ring.

"Coming back July 6th. They've awakened a monster. I'm the best fighter in this sport, take that however you want.

From this point on, everyone will be punished, see you then," wrote Shakur.

Stevenson last entered the ring in November of last year, when he defeated Edwin De Los Santos (16-2, 14 KOs) and won the vacant WBC title.
