Former heavyweight world champion Shannon Briggs (60-6-1, 53 KOs) has officially announced his return to the ring.
The 53-year-old knockout artist will step through the ropes on July 1 at the Troubadour Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.
“I’ve been out of the ring, but I never stopped being a fighter. I’m coming back stronger, faster, and more dangerous than ever. This isn’t just a fight — it’s a movement. Let’s go champ!” said Briggs.
Known for his explosive power, Briggs holds the record for most first-round knockouts in boxing history. He last fought in 2016, and now looks to make a statement in his long-awaited comeback.
