Shakur Eyes Inoue for Future P4P Supremacy Fight

WBC lightweight champ Shakur Stevenson has eyed Naoya Inoue as his future rival for the P4P throne:

"I'm gunning for the top P4P spot after I clinch the unified lightweight title. Odds are, Terence Crawford will have hung up his gloves by then. Looks like it'll just be me and Inoue in the ring. The guy still has plenty of fights left in him.

Canelo's out there, mixing it up with the best, coming out on top. But, toe-to-toe, it'll be tough for him. I see myself undefeated by then, ruling the lightweight roost, maybe even jumping up to 140 pounds to snatch that title too," quipped Shakur.

Shakur snagged the WBC title in 2023, picking up the belt Devin Haynie left behind.
