Is Serrano vs. Baumgardner Real? Amanda Weighs In

WBO and IBO featherweight champion Amanda Serrano has responded to ongoing discussions about a potential showdown with the undisputed super featherweight champion Alycia Baumgardner.

"One fight at a time — let’s see how things play out. I’ve got a fight with Katie Taylor first. We’ll see what happens after that," Serrano said.

Both Serrano and Baumgardner recently signed promotional contracts with Jake Paul’s MVP Promotions.

On July 11 in New York, Serrano will face Taylor for the third time, while Baumgardner will appear on the undercard in a bout against interim WBA champion Jennifer Miranda.
