Ryan Garcia's Road to Redemption: Duarte, Then Gervonta?

American fight promoter Bob Arum has dished out a fresh perspective on the ideal match-up for Ryan Garcia, bypassing Gervonta Davis for a more lucrative option:

"Teofimo is itching to square off with Ryan Garcia, and we aim to get this show on the road by February. Whether you're ranked first or second hardly makes a dent. It's all about the cash they can rake in. And let's face it, no one pulls a crowd like Ryan with his nine million-strong following. I'm not convinced Garcia needs to tangle with Gervonta. A clash with Teofimo? Now that's where the real money's, especially with ESPN in Teofimo's corner," - Arum spilled to FightHype.

Teofimo Lopez hinted at hanging up his gloves but quickly changed his tune, ready to stay in the ring. However, he's still scouting for his next contender. Ryan, fresh off a 7th-round knockout loss to Gervonta Davis, is gearing up for a December 2 bout with Oscar Duarte. Despite this, Garcia's eyes are set on a Gervonta rematch, but he's laying down his terms first.
