Ryan Garcia Ready to Fight in the UFC

American super lightweight boxer (up to 63,5 kg) Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs) has surprised many by stating his willingness to fight UFC's bantamweight champion Sean O'Malley. What's most intriguing is that he's not talking about a boxing match but a showdown in MMA.

"I would fight Sean O'Malley in the UFC, but Dana White would have to write me a serious check," Garcia said.

Previously, Sean O'Malley has claimed he's ready to beat boxers like Ryan Garcia, Gervonta Davis, and other light and super lightweight fighters. He even mentioned the possibility of taking on a boxing match. However, it's unlikely to happen – Francis Ngannou left the UFC precisely because he wanted his new contract to allow him to partake in several boxing matches, a condition Dana White did not agree to.

Ryan Garcia's next fight is scheduled for April 20th – for the WBC title currently held by Devin Haney.
