American boxer Ryan Garcia (25-1, 20 KOs) has expressed his readiness to face former unified world champion Errol Spence (28-1, 22 KOs). He believes it would be a strong fight.
"Wait RG vs Errol would be crazy
Nah yall want that?
Let me hear you" Garcia wrote.
Previously, Ryan stated he was ready to fight Conor Benn and Jaron Ennis, but first, he would take a rest after his victory over Devin Haney. Both Benn and Ennis are welterweights (up to 147 lbs), a category Garcia intends to move into. Spence had planned to move up to junior middleweight (up to 154 lbs) but after a loss to Terence Crawford in the summer of 2023 and an eye surgery, he still does not have a named next opponent.
